1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to CHAP A NOSH OF CEDARHURST, INC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and Passover catering services. By placing an order via our online storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Business Operation & Location
CHAP A NOSH OF CEDARHURST, INC. maintains headquarters at 235 Mill Street, Lawrence, NY 11559. This branch operates exclusively within Gourmet Glatt Cedarhurst (GOURMET GLATT LLC) located at 137 Spruce St, Cedarhurst, NY 11516.
3. Seasonal Catering & Availability
Our services are strictly seasonal and specifically for the Passover holiday. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Order deadlines are firm and must be adhered to for fulfillment.
4. Payments & Financial Transactions
Payment processing is securely facilitated through Computer Dimensions and MerchPay. Please be advised that finalized charges are subject to adjustments for products priced by weight. To ensure accurate billing for these items, we securely retain certain payment details for the duration of the current Passover season.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
Due to the highly perishable and seasonal nature of our catering products, cancellation requests must be made by the date specified in your order confirmation to receive a full or partial refund. Once the cutoff date has passed, all sales are final. Modifications to orders after the deadline are not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, CHAP A NOSH OF CEDARHURST, INC., its officers, and GOURMET GLATT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products suite, including but not limited to food allergies or sensitivities not disclosed at the time of order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
